Booking notes Payment of a 25% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled in writing 60 days prior to your arrival at the apartment. 60 days before departure, the balance, plus a key/damage deposit will be payable. When we receive the balance and key deposit we will send a set of keys together with a guidebook for the apartment with maps etc. After your stay, the keys must be returned immediately.
